We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year proven cold calling experience in the Pakistani market to join our dynamic team. Candidates with international market experience will be given preference as an added advantage.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, appointment setting, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude during all interactions.
- Update and manage client information accurately in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily and weekly call targets.
- Handle client objections and inquiries confidently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Pakistani market (cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing in a BPO/call center environment).
- International calling/market experience will be considered a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in urdu/ English(Preffred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
