We are expanding our portfolio of short-term rental properties and are looking for a Business Development Executive to lead our acquisition efforts in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience sales or marketing in holiday homes or real estate with a strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the holiday homes sector. Source residential units directly from landlords, developers, and real estate agents.
- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, brokers, and hospitality partners.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online travel platforms to enhance market reach.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage agreements with property owners and service providers to ensure profitable partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate within the real estate or holiday home sector.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Can speak English and Arabic.
- Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of holiday home rental regulations and market trends.
- Requires strong computer literacy (MS Office, Database Software, etc)
- Good numerical ability with excellent written and oral communication in English
- Strong attention to details and good presentation skills
- Creative and analytical while possessing personal drive and initiative
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Approachable and a pleasant team player

Duty: From Tues to Saturday
Bonuses on success signed up properties if a number met.
Visa provided.
