We are looking for a business development executive to grow the building material business for us.

Profile VOX building materials include decorative wall panels for interiors and exteriors, ceiling panels, flooring, and skirting products.

Below are the main tasks for this role:

• Grow the building material category in the UAE.
• Promote VOX building materials partnership in various branded showrooms in the UAE
• Build a network of dealers and distributors in the UAE. Areas to include - Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al Khaimah.
• Work on projects with Designers and Architects - day-to-day servicing and project management needed. Build rapport with architects and designers
• Promote VOX building materials amongst contractors of all sizes - big, medium, and small, and in all Emirates - Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah
• Take full responsibility for the project from specifications to execution
• Meet monthly targets consistently
• Manage dealers, distributors, designers, architects, contractors, and real estate developers on a day-to-day basis
• Provide professional and efficient services to all
• Retain existing customers, attract and retain new customers
• Follow brand strategy, values, and brand vision.
• Sales performance will be measured against targets and goals set.

Candidate profile:

• Fast learner - who can learn about the products and become an expert soon
• Hardworker - willing to work hard daily. Be passionate about the brand and product.
• 3-4 years of experience in sales (interior/exterior furnishing products, building materials, or complementary categories) in one of our channels (specialist wholesalers, dealers, distributors, retailer and architects, interior designers network).
• DIY chains stores, showrooms, contractors.
• Goal-oriented, good negotiation skills.
• Open-minded and high communication skills.
• Eye for detail. Proficient in reading documents like AUTOCAD drawings, contracts, and project submittal documents.
• English proficiency - intermediate (B1) oral and written, Arabic desireable.
• Having a valid UAE Driving license, mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
