Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, professional Business Development Executive to join our team on a freelance basis. This role is designed for a self-starter with a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building a robust pipeline of property listings or investors, and closing deals in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Networking: Proactively identify and engage with property owners, investors, and potential buyers across Dubai.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize your existing network and industry tools to source high-quality listings and investment leads.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and investment ROI.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate and manage the negotiation process to ensure successful transactions and client satisfaction.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our company with the highest level of professionalism and integrity in the Dubai market.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a significant plus).
  • Network: An existing portfolio or strong network of property owners and investors in the UAE.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, local market knowledge (Freehold vs. Leasehold, RERA regulations), and a "closer" mindset.
  • Professionalism: Highly organized, punctual, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
