Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Conduct client meetings and business presentations
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of sales and business development
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Professional attitude with a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Experience in B2B sales (preferred but not mandatory)
