Designation: Executive - Patient Care Specialist

Experience: Freshers - 1 years (in a sales role)

Qualification: Any graduate or post-graduate

Week-off: 6 days / rotational week-off

Shift: Rotational shifts (9-6 / 10-7 / 11-8)

Job Location: Gurgaon, Sec-14

Compensation: 7.5 LPA (Variable Included)

What You Will Do:

As Patient Care Specialist, you will serve as a crucial link between the company and our patients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

 Engaging with 150-200 patients regularly via telephonic conversations, counselling them, and providing detailed information about HexaHealth’s services.

 Understanding patient profiles and concerns to effectively communicate how our services and address their needs.

 Assisting patients in selecting the most suitable hospital/doctor, managing their consultations, and providing end-to-end support throughout their journey.

 Contributing to revenue growth through effective patient engagement and conversions.

 Working in a target-driven environment with performance metrics monitored on a regular basis.
