Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our IT services (software development, web/app solutions, cloud services, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for senior team members.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent preferred).
  • Fresh graduates (2024/2025 pass-outs) or those with up to 1 year of experience (internships count!).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills – must be fluent, confident, and articulate for client interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, go-getter attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn CRM tools.
  • Eagerness to learn about IT services and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs30.00 - Rs70.00 per month
