Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Experience: Fresher or Experienced
Location: Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and social media.

Build and maintain relationship with potential clients.

Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep records of customer interactions and update reports regularly.

Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to do field work and meet clients.

Required Skills

• Sales and negotiation skills
• Customer handling ability
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed salary + Incentives (based on performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
