Field Sales Role
We are a growing digital growth and performance marketing agency expanding our GCC presence and looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to help us generate new business opportunities across Dubai and the UAE.
This is a field sales role focused on direct outreach, relationship building, and generating meetings with business owners and decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field outreach and business visits across Dubai
- Introduce company services directly to business owners and decision makers
- Generate qualified leads and meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in person meetings
- Maintain pipeline updates and activity reporting

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Comfortable with face to face sales and cold outreach
- Self motivated and target driven
- Previous sales or business development experience preferred
- UAE market knowledge is a plus
- UAE driving license and own vehicle required
- Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
Compensation Structure
- 3000 AED Fixed salary + high performance commission structure
- 10% commission on first month payment collected from closed clients
- Commission paid after signed agreement and successful payment collection
- Strong earning potential for high performers
Probation Period
- Initial 60 day probation period
- Performance and activity based evaluation
This role is ideal for someone proactive, disciplined, and serious about building a long term career in sales and business development within the GCC market.
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
