🚀  Business Development Executive – HealthTech / Dental AI (Yalha by DAM Intelligence)

📍  Dubai – Full Time


About Yalha

Yalha is a cutting-edge SaaS solution developed by  DAM Intelligence , empowering dental clinics to use artificial intelligence for instant pathology detection, treatment plan generation, and improved patient trust.


🎯  Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and medical centers across the UAE.
  • Present and demonstrate the Yalha platform to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to optimize client onboarding.
  • Report activities and contribute to Yalha’s growth strategy in the region.


🧩  Profile Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical or dental sales,
  • or a dentist seeking a transition into commercial/business development roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Arabic, French, or Russian are strong advantages.
  • Must already hold a valid UAE visa (family, freelance, or sponsored).


💰  Compensation

  • Base salary + performance-based commission: AED 20,000–35,000/month depending on experience and results.
  • Probation period: 3 to 6 months.
  • Potential for rapid growth to Sales Manager or Medical Partnerships Lead roles.
