🎯
Main Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and medical centers across the UAE.

Present and demonstrate the Yalha platform to healthcare professionals.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, and closing.

Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to optimize client onboarding.

Report activities and contribute to Yalha’s growth strategy in the region.

Profile Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in medical or dental sales,

or a dentist seeking a transition into commercial/business development roles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English (mandatory).

Arabic, French, or Russian are strong advantages.

Must already hold a valid UAE visa (family, freelance, or sponsored).

Compensation
-
Base salary + performance-based commission: AED 20,000–35,000/month depending on experience and results.

Probation period: 3 to 6 months.

Potential for rapid growth to Sales Manager or Medical Partnerships Lead roles.
