Key Responsibilities

· Identify and acquire new properties for Holiday Homes management.

· Contact property owners, landlords, and investors to present company services.

· Generate leads through networking, cold calling, property visits, and relationship building.

· Conduct meetings, presentations, and site inspections with property owners.

· Negotiate contracts, management agreements, and pricing.

· Stay updated with Dubai’s Holiday Homes regulations, RERA rules, and market trends.

· Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing owners.

· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to onboard new units smoothly.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

· Represent the company at events, real estate exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Holiday Homes Business Development.

· Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate and Holiday Homes market is a plus.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· strong communication skills in English and Arabic

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

· Strong networking ability and a proactive approach to generating leads.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in Holiday Homes acquisitions.

· Understanding of property evaluation and revenue potential.

· UAE Driving License preferred

· Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with owners and agents.
