Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive – Hospital Sales who has prior experience in hospital marketing, institutional sales, and payment recoveries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with hospitals, generating orders, and ensuring timely payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions on a daily basis.
• Introduce company products (medical apparel & scrubs) to hospital management and purchase departments.
• Generate new leads and onboard new hospital clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing hospital clients.

Order Management:

• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for order processing and delivery.
• Ensure smooth execution of hospital orders and resolve any client issues.

Payment Recovery:

• Follow up with hospital accounts departments for timely payment collection.
• Maintain recovery records and ensure payments are received within agreed timelines.

Reporting

• Submit daily visit reports and weekly performance reports.
• Maintain record of clients, orders, and recovery status.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduate).
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospital sales & payment recoveries.
• Must be a resident of Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in the field and visit hospitals regularly.
• Must have good follow-up and relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in healthcare / medical / pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.

Familiarity with hospital purchase and accounts departments.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
