We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our HRMS product team based in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HRMS or SaaS sales and a passion for driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and cold prospecting
- Conduct follow-ups and manage the full sales cycle
- Arrange and conduct P2P (person-to-person) meetings with clients
- Understand client HR requirements and propose tailored HRMS solutions
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals
- Build strong relationships with HR heads, admin managers, and decision-makers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HRMS / SaaS / software sales
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Confident in client meetings and negotiations
- Ability to understand customer pain points and map solutions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales
