Job Title: Business Development Executive/ Design Consultant

Location: DHA Phase H Block Market, Lahore
Salary: 60,000 to 80,000 PKR (depending on experience)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our interior design and e-consultancy services. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of market dynamics within the design industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the residential, commercial, and corporate sectors using various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, architects, designers, and other industry stakeholders to foster a network of referrals.
  • Sales & Proposal Development: Collaborate with the design team to understand client requirements and develop persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase TMG Venture's capabilities.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities, using data-driven insights to inform strategies.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive or a relevant sales/account management role, preferably within the construction, interior design, or a related field.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is required.
  • Personal Attributes: Must be a self-motivated, target-oriented individual with strong business acumen, a professional attitude, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
