Business Development Executive (Interior Firm)

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive to join our team and bridge the gap between our design expertise and potential clients. Role Summary

As a BDE at Bludesign, your primary mission is to grow our client base. You will be responsible for the entire top-of-the-funnel process—from hunting for raw data and filtering high-quality leads to making the first "handshake" via cold calling and setting up design consultations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Sourcing & Filtering: Research and identify potential corporate and commercial interior projects. Filter these leads to ensure they meet Bludesign's premium standards.
  • Cold Calling & Initial Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and gauge their requirements.
  • Lead Qualification: Use a structured filtering process to determine the client's "readiness to buy"—checking for budget alignment, project site status, and decision-making authority.
  • Seamless Handover: Prepare detailed lead profiles and transition qualified prospects to the Interior Sales Team for consultations.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of "Warm" vs. "Qualified" leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Feedback Loop: Work closely with the Sales Team to refine filtering criteria based on the quality of conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2 years in Tele-sales, or Business Development, preferably within Interior Design. Fresher can apply.
  • The "Filter" Mindset: Strong analytical skills to quickly distinguish a "window shopper" from a high-value client.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to build instant rapport over the phone.
  • Persistence: High energy for cold calling and following up with cold/warm prospects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
