Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out

Location: Kuwait

We are hiring a Business Development professional with strong industry connections and proven experience in the fit-out sector.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years experience in business development within interior fit-out / construction
• Strong client network in Kuwait
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Ability to bring new leads, handle proposals, and close deals
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new fit-out projects
• Develop relationships with clients, consultants & malls
• Prepare proposals, follow up on quotations, and support tendering
• Achieve monthly & quarterly business targets
