Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out Projects (Dubai)

Job Description:

We are a well-established interior fit-out and renovation company in Dubai looking for a Business Development Executive with proven UAE experience in interior fit-out / renovation projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, converting them into projects, and achieving monthly revenue targets through strong client relationships and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads for interior fit-out and renovation projects in Dubai
• Achieve monthly invoicing target of AED 200,000
• Develop relationships with clients, consultants, property managers, real estate agents, and contractors
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and prepare proposals with the technical team
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project closures
• Maintain CRM and regular sales reports
• Represent the company professionally in the Dubai market

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years UAE experience in interior fit-out / renovation sales
• Strong knowledge of Dubai interior fit-out market (commercial & residential)
• Proven ability to close projects and meet sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
