Business Development Executive (Interiors & Joinery)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and design-driven Business Development Consultant with strong experience in Interior Fit-out, Joinery, and Furniture projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical design knowledge with proven sales expertise to secure new projects, build long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design (mandatory)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development within:
• Interior Fit-out
• Joinery
• Custom Furniture
• Proven track record of securing interior and joinery projects
• Native or fluent Arabic & English (both spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure new interior fit-out projects and furniture packages across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
• Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with Architects, Consultants, Developers, and End Clients
• Conduct design-led technical consultations to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams to deliver competitive proposals
• Prepare and present professional sales presentations, proposals, and bids
• Track market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
