Business Development Executive (International)

Senior Sales Executive – International B2B (Leather Jackets)

Rays Creation is a growing leather garments manufacturer and exporter, working with international brands, wholesalers, and private label clients. We are expanding our global footprint and looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our international B2B sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert qualified B2B leads from platforms such as Alibaba, website inquiries, and social media

Communicate with international clients via email, WhatsApp, and calls in a professional manner

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable leather jackets (men, women, biker styles, custom designs)

Provide detailed product information including:

Material (genuine leather, PU, suede)

Sizes, colors, and customization options

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

Handle custom orders and private label (OEM) projects

Prepare and share accurate quotations (FOB, CIF, EXW) in coordination with the pricing team

Maintain consistent follow-ups and effectively negotiate to close deals

Coordinate internally with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution

Update CRM systems regularly with client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups

Track and report monthly sales targets, conversions, and performance

Support lead generation and engagement through Alibaba, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

Education & Skill Requirements

O/A Levels (mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (BBA/B.Com preferred)

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written) — mandatory

Minimum 2+ years of experience in international B2B sales (preferably in leather, garments, or fashion export)

Strong understanding of:

Export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.)

Pricing models (FOB, CIF, EXW)

Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

Proven track record of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Experience with Alibaba, Shopify, or other B2B/e-commerce platforms is a plus

Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
