Business Development Executive – International & Domestic Courier Services

Movexa Logistics is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth in our International and Domestic Courier Services division. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, customer acquisition, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for international and domestic courier services.
• Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and direct outreach.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, e-commerce sellers, online businesses, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and retail customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company services.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
• Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment processing and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in courier service sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of international and domestic courier services will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
