Role: Business Development Executive - International Market

Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business DevelopmentExecutive to join our team and drive Sales activities for our USA /UK/EU markets.
- Research and identify potential leads in the USA /UK/EU across various ITindustries through Cold Calling and taking it further to closures.
- Schedule meetings to gather the requirements with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure successful lead conversion. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients
- Provide regular reports on projects win and outcomes and work closely with Sr. BDM.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales development in IT Service industry.
- Strong understanding of the USA /UK/EU market and business culture; prior experience working with US-based startups is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and online research platform. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with stronginterpersonal abilities.
