Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Industry)
Location: Indore (M.P)
Experience: 1+ Years With an IT Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT industry
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, portals, and networking
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate project understanding
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM and sales records
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in the IT Industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services (Web/App Development, Software, Digital Marketing, Cloud, etc.)
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
