Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the local (Pakistan) Market.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by management.
  • Conduct client meetings at the office or client locations as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Represent Sprouto professionally during client interactions and networking events.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client communications for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in an IT/software company
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and client-handling skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and professional in conduct
  • Willingness to visit clients and attend meetings as required
