Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the local (Pakistan) Market.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by management.
- Conduct client meetings at the office or client locations as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Represent Sprouto professionally during client interactions and networking events.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client communications for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in an IT/software company
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and client-handling skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and professional in conduct
- Willingness to visit clients and attend meetings as required
