Business Development Manager – Landscaping

Are you a strategic thinker who loves green landscapes and growth? Become a member of our team as a Business Development Manager-Landscaping and take the lead in growing our clientele, establishing lasting connections, and providing the UAE with superior landscaping services.

Strategic Planning & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of landscaping market trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyze client needs and align them with tailored landscaping services.

Client Relationship Management

  • Proactively build strong relationships with potential and existing clients across commercial, residential, and government sectors.
  • Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new contracts.
  • Deliver customized landscaping solutions based on project requirements.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through focused sales efforts and strategic planning.
  • Negotiate project contracts to ensure favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust sales strategies to optimize results.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that highlight our services and project portfolio.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to build brand visibility.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff and contribute to a positive, high-performing work environment.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the landscaping or construction industry)
  • Strong understanding of landscaping industry trends, services, and client needs
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
  • UAE Driving License and own vehicle – a must
