Position Overview
PTWL is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support revenue growth and expand our client base across residential, commercial, and government sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Market Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the landscaping and construction sectors.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to generate qualified leads.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to increase market share.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote company services.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Sales & Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed projects.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover to operations teams.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and operations teams to ensure accurate proposals and project feasibility.
- Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Prepare periodic sales and performance reports for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in landscaping or construction industry).
- Strong understanding of landscaping services and the UAE market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with strong networking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- UAE Driving License and own vehicle (mandatory).
