We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base within the landscaping sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to increase market presence and revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth and increase market share
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the landscaping industry
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations to secure new projects and contracts
- Understand client requirements and deliver customized landscaping solutions aligned with their needs
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to ensure favorable business terms
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights
Marketing & Brand Development
- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials, digital content, and advertising campaigns
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance work culture
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of the landscaping market and industry dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory
