Business Development Executive- Landscaping

e are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our landscaping division. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the landscaping sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to secure projects.
  • Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
