We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our fully remote team. As an Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in B2B sales while working in a flexible and fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, chat, or phone.
  • Start conversations, build interest, and identify qualified prospects.
  • Understand and clearly communicate our services in marketing and talent acquisition.
  • Pass warm leads to the internal team for follow-up and conversion.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions using simple CRM or tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to test outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Follow up consistently and professionally to maintain interest and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Confidence in reaching out to new people and engaging in conversations.
  • Organized and able to track multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Gmail, WhatsApp, or other outreach tools.
  • Positive, people-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree or current student (preferred, not mandatory).

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in lead generation, client outreach, business development, or recruitment.
  • Understanding of marketing or talent acquisition services.
  • Experience using CRMs or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Monthly salary of ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 INR based on experience.
