We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our fully remote team. As an Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, chat, or phone.
- Start conversations, build interest, and identify qualified prospects.
- Understand and clearly communicate our services in marketing and talent acquisition.
- Pass warm leads to the internal team for follow-up and conversion.
- Keep accurate records of interactions using simple CRM or tracking tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to test outreach strategies and messaging.
- Follow up consistently and professionally to maintain interest and engagement.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in reaching out to new people and engaging in conversations.
- Organized and able to track multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Gmail, WhatsApp, or other outreach tools.
- Positive, people-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree or current student (preferred, not mandatory).
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in lead generation, client outreach, business development, or recruitment.
- Understanding of marketing or talent acquisition services.
- Experience using CRMs or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
