Are you passionate about generating high-quality leads? We’re looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our growing company and play a key role in driving new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and build targeted prospect lists.
2. Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online platforms.
3. Maintain and update the lead database regularly to ensure accurate tracking and timely follow-ups.
4. Independently manage the full lead-generation cycle—from research to outreach to qualification.
5. Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize conversion potential.
6. Collaborate with the design team to fully understand service offerings and present them effectively to prospects.
7. Prepare and deliver tailored pitches that align with client needs and industry trends.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead to client onboarding.
9. Track and report weekly/monthly performance on leads, meetings booked, and conversions.
10. Stay updated with design industry trends, competitor activities, and modern lead-generation tools.
11. Meet and exceed monthly lead-generation KPIs.
Requirements
1. Prior experience in lead generation for design services, creative agencies, branding, UI/UX, or similar design-focused roles is essential.
2. Strong understanding of design industry terminology, service offerings, and client needs.
3. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM/lead tools.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach.
