Hiring Business Development Executive Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

Elytra Studios is looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for generating and converting leads into project wins. The role involves identifying decision-makers, initiating relevant conversations, and turning opportunities into active projects through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels.

Location: 69B, PCSIR, Near Ameer Chowk, Lahore, Pakistan
Experience Required: 6 months to 1.5 years
Starting Salary: PKR 70,000

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and outreach channels
• Run structured email campaigns with follow-ups
• Identify and approach decision-makers
• Maintain CRM and sales tracking records
• Convert leads into active projects
• Work on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and Freelancer (for company growth, not bidding services)

Requirements

• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in lead generation or outreach
• Strong LinkedIn lead generation experience
• Experience in email outreach workflows
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Understanding of B2B sales
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills
