We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, run ad campaigns, and successfully sell company software solutions. The ideal candidate should understand sales strategy, digital marketing, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads through online and offline channels
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Identify client needs and present suitable software solutions
- Convert leads into paying customers and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain CRM records
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and deal closures
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation
- Hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of selling software / digital products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to create and execute sales strategies independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Must be available for on-site evening/night shift
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with B2B sales
- Knowledge of SaaS / HR / CRM / ERP software
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels
- Ability to analyze ad performance and improve ROI
