We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (Lead Generation to Deal Closure)

Location: On-site – Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time
Timings: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
Compensation: Market Competitive
Eligibility: Open to both male and female candidates
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a software house

✅Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold outreach
  • Engage prospects and present IT service offerings (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Designing, SEO)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct meetings, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

✅Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development within a software house
  • Strong command of communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach tools
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales funnel
