Job Summary

Abdulla Al Awadi & Associates is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a background in legal and advocacy services to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a confident, professional personality, with experience engaging corporate and individual clients in the legal sector.

Responsibilities

* Develop and grow business opportunities within the legal and advocacy sector.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.

* Identify new markets, leads, and potential clients for legal services.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

* Support revenue growth and achieve business development targets.

Requirements

* Proven UAE business development experience (mandatory).

* Background in legal, law firm, or advocacy services (mandatory).

* Bilingual – English & Arabic (mandatory).

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

* Charming, confident, and professional personality

* Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
