Business Development Executive - Linked in and Upwork - ( Sharp Pixel Studios)

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base internationally. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of the creative industry, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and partners abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with international clients (photographers, content creators, brands, agencies).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies through email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align business goals with service capabilities.
  • Track leads, proposals, and deals using CRM tools and regular reporting.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in creative, media, or outsourcing industries).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confidence in client-facing roles and international communication.
  • Knowledge of digital content trends, video production, or photo editing services is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
