Business Development Executive (LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote - Business Development Executive Female with 6 month to 3,4 Years experience expertise in LinkedIn marketing, lead generation, and outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads through LinkedIn, managing job application outreach, and building strong professional relationships to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
• Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients and decision-makers
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
• Manage job application outreach with customized proposals and follow-ups
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain CRM records and track outreach performance metrics
• Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Development or LinkedIn Marketing
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in cold messaging, email campaigns, and follow-ups
• Ability to generate and qualify leads
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with target-driven mindset
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
