DevStax is looking for an energetic and skilled
Business Development Executive
with
at least 1 year of proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and client acquisition.
The ideal candidate must know how to identify potential clients, engage professionally, and convert leads into business opportunities.

🔸 Key Responsibilities

Generate high-quality leads through
LinkedIn outreach, messaging, and profile engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients

Conduct professional communication with prospects to understand project needs

Coordinate with the technical team to create proposals and quotations

Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions

Keep CRM and daily reports updated

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Stay informed about IT services trends and client needs
🔸 Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in LinkedIn-based Business Development

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator & lead generation techniques

Excellent English communication (written & verbal)

Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally

Good understanding of software development services (training provided)
