Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to manage our LinkedIn presence and handle bidding on Upwork. The ideal candidate will be skilled at identifying opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and submitting compelling proposals to grow our client base and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn profile and network
- Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients and partners on LinkedIn
- Research and apply for relevant projects on Upwork through effective proposal writing and bidding
- Track and follow up on leads from LinkedIn and Upwork platforms
- Develop tailored pitches and proposals that highlight our company’s strengths
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and project scopes
- Maintain accurate records of bids, client interactions, and outcomes
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends on both platforms
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and bidding targets
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Proven experience with LinkedIn networking and management
- Hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and proposal writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using CRM or lead tracking tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Familiarity with digital marketing or IT services industry
- Experience with other freelancing platforms or client acquisition channels
- Basic knowledge of proposal customization and client psychology

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
