Business Development Executive / Manager – Building Contracting & Construction Manpower

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with strong knowledge of building contracting and construction manpower services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, securing contracts, and expanding the company’s presence in the construction and manpower supply sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in building contracting, construction projects, and manpower supply.

· Generate leads and approach contractors, developers, consultants, and project owners.

· Promote construction manpower services including skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor.

· Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, tenders, and contracts.

· Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company targets.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

· Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure timely manpower mobilization.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

· Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and business networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience in business development within building contracting or construction manpower.

· Strong understanding of construction processes, manpower requirements, and project timelines.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.

· Self-motivated with strong sales and closing abilities.

· Knowledge of UAE / GCC construction market is an advantage.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

· Valid UAE Driving Licenses.

Experience:

· Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction business development or manpower supply.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
