Role Summary
Digital Khidki is a strategy-led marketing & branding agency working with high-visibility brands. We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Lead who can build relationships, open doors, and create qualified conversations — not push services.
This role focuses on research-driven outreach, partnerships, and meeting generation. Closing will be founder-led initially.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Brand Outreach
- Identify and shortlist 80–120 target brands per month
- Research decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads)
- Initiate conversations via:
- Email
- LinkedIn
- Strategic introductions
- Write customised, thoughtful outreach messages (no mass spam)
2. Partnerships Development
- Build relationships with:
- PR agencies
- Media houses
- Production companies
- Real estate consultants / channel partners
- Position Digital Khidki as a preferred marketing partner
3. Meeting Generation & Pipeline Tracking
- Book qualified discovery calls for the founder
- Maintain CRM / pipeline tracker
- Follow up professionally without pressure
4. Market Intelligence
- Track:
- Which industries respond best
- What messaging works
- Competitive positioning insights
- Share weekly learnings with leadership
What This Role Is NOT
- Cold calling random databases
- Hard selling or discount pushing
- Chasing unqualified leads

- Strong written communication (English + professional tone)
- Ability to research brands and decision-makers
- Comfortable with rejection & follow-ups
- Understanding of marketing / branding services
- Calm, confident personality
Good-to-have:
- Agency or brand marketing experience
- LinkedIn outreach experience
- Partnerships / alliances exposure

Pay: ₹11,826.28 - ₹60,000.00 per month
