Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, cold calls, and referrals.
● Meet HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers to understand their staffing needs.
● Pitch manpower solutions including temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, and contract staffing.
● Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
● Coordinate with the internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
● Conduct client meetings to understand their business needs and present appropriate solutions.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
● Generate qualified leads and convert them into active opportunities.
● Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
● Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments.
● Maintain and update records of client interactions using CRM tools.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
