Business Development Executive – Medical Billing (Night Shift)

Job Description:

LUMORA ENERGY is seeking experienced Business Development Executives for our Medical Billing division. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and sales for US-based medical billing services.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients (clinics, physicians, billing companies, etc.).
• Prepare and present proposals for medical billing and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) services.
• Follow up with potential leads to close sales and meet business growth objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Medical Billing / RCM sales or Business Development (US Market).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required).
• Understanding of medical billing processes, claims, and RCM cycle is a plus.
• Ability to work independently during US hours (7 PM – 4 AM).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and online lead generation platforms.
