We are seeking a professional and experienced Business Development Executive with strong communication skills, a hunger to learn, and an eagerness to drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
- Generating new business leads within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sector
- Introduce & explain company services clearly and confidently.
- Schedule meetings & explain how Medatron services benefit clients’ operations.
- Identify customer needs and generate interest in our offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Set appointments for sales representatives or close sales directly.
Requirments:
- Experienced in sales, preferably in B2B or healthcare sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Motivated and self-driven, with a passion for learning and growing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong interest in the healthcare industry and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Available to work from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
