Job Title: Business Development Executive - Morning Shift
Job Description:
About the Role: We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our sales team on morning shift. You'll be responsible for generating high-quality leads and building our sales pipeline through diverse outreach strategies across multiple platforms and channels.
Shift Timings: Morning Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and organic networking
- Conduct targeted Google searches and research to identify potential prospects
- Utilize Apollo.io for prospecting and lead database management
- Source leads from Yellow Pages and industry directories
- Execute daily cold calling campaigns with conversion tracking
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing
- Manage social media outreach across professional platforms
- Build and maintain prospect databases and CRM records
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team
- Follow up consistently with warm prospects through multiple touchpoints
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or business development
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM systems
- Strong cold calling and email communication skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent phone presence and professional communication
- Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with morning shift schedule
