Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Lahore (Night Shift).

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating quality leads to drive business growth. You'll develop and implement strategic initiatives while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clientsKey

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis

Generate and qualify leads through various channels

Develop strategies to accelerate business growth

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers

Deliver exceptional customer service

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Schedule: Night Shift (full-time, on-site in Lahore)

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities

Effective Communication and Customer Service skills

Proficiency in Lead Generation

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Experience in business development or sales is a plus
