Business Development Executive (Male/Female) – Night Shift

Cross-Border Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring motivated and professional Business Development Executives for our on-site night shift operations based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are confident in speaking with potential clients, building relationships, generating opportunities, and contributing to business growth within a professional BPO environment.

Job Details

• Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Salary Package: PKR 50,000 – 100,000 + Commission
• Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Core Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients and business contacts
• Generate and qualify business opportunities
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain accurate records
• Meet assigned performance and productivity targets
• Coordinate with management regarding client requirements and updates
• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication standards at all times

Candidate Profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or BPO environments preferred
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Reliable attendance and long-term commitment are essential
• Must be comfortable working permanent night shifts

Transportation facility may be considered for female employees residing in:

• Bahria Town Phase 7
• Bahria Town Phase 8
• DHA Phase 1
