Two-wheeler is required for this Business Development Executive position, as the role involves regular travel to different locations.
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting ABC Techno Labs’ wide range of testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services. The role involves market research, lead generation, client meetings, proposal submissions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients across industries such as food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, hospitality, agriculture, and government sectors.
Promote ABC Techno Labs’ services including environmental monitoring, food testing, water testing, air quality monitoring, and analytical laboratory services.
Generate leads, schedule meetings, present company offerings, and close business deals.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical and laboratory teams to deliver customized solutions.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new service opportunities.
Ensure monthly revenue targets and KPIs are achieved.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to increase brand visibility.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, M.Sc, M.com, MA, MBA (Marketing) etc.)
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical marketing (laboratory / industrial / environmental sector preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical services and explain them to clients.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
