About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing leads, and driving revenue through strong communication, relationship management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, web development, AI automation, or eCommerce solutions.
• Handle the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with international and domestic customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM tools and freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of software development, digital marketing, and automation solutions.
• Experience working with international clients (US/UK preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
