Business Development Executive – Outbound Sales & Upwork

Job Title:
Business Development Executive (Mid-Level) – IT / Software Services (Outbound + Upwork)

About Us:
We are a software development agency working with international clients (US/UK/EU). We are building a strong outbound sales system and looking for a mid-level business developer to lead outreach and lead generation.

Responsibilities:
Plan and execute
cold email campaigns for US/UK clients
Write and optimize email copy + follow-up sequences
Manage LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
Handle or supervise cold calling for meetings
Improve Upwork bidding strategy (selective proposals)
Build and qualify lead lists (Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.)
Guide 1–2 junior team members
Track and improve reply rate, meetings, and conversions

Requirements:
2–4 years experience in B2B sales / BD / SDR role
Skilled in writing client-focused sales and outreach emails
Experience in cold outreach (email + LinkedIn)
Basic understanding of IT/software services
Confident in international client communication
