Job Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with overseas employers and recruitment agencies for manpower supply partnerships.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
- Manage end-to-end coordination for business proposals, documentation, and agreements.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of manpower requirements.
- Maintain detailed reports of leads, calls, and correspondence.
- Achieve monthly business development targets and contribute to company growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Confident in handling phone calls, client meetings, and online communication.
- Basic knowledge of international recruitment or HR (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Email, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and good team player.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or any related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years in business development, marketing, or recruitment.
- Freshers with good communication and passion for marketing are encouraged to apply.
