Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with overseas employers and recruitment agencies for manpower supply partnerships.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination for business proposals, documentation, and agreements.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of manpower requirements.
  • Maintain detailed reports of leads, calls, and correspondence.
  • Achieve monthly business development targets and contribute to company growth.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Confident in handling phone calls, client meetings, and online communication.
  • Basic knowledge of international recruitment or HR (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Email, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and good team player.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or any related field.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in business development, marketing, or recruitment.
  • Freshers with good communication and passion for marketing are encouraged to apply.
