You should be confident in building strong client relationships, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive an incentive-based sales role with a focus on results.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with prospective Forex clients.
- Leverage in-depth Forex market knowledge and experience to present solutions to clients.
- Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to enhance retention and growth.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline to ensure steady progress toward targets.
- Analyze market trends to establish a competitive edge and attract new business.
- Monitor and report key sales metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Forex industry (mandatory).
- Proven track record in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closing.
- Demonstrated sales success with strong negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
